I submitted my resume + work!

Anna, four year degrees (bachelor programs) are obtained at four year universities. This is why FIDM is a rip off and waste of time.

I am so your girl. Updating my resume and sending it over with work ASAP!

Anna – If you are available on the days/times in the job description and have experience, it’s always worth applying! xoxo

In other words, this is not a full-time, salaried position (“tentatively 9-5:30 Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays”)? Yet you’re requiring credentials as if it is? Hmmm…I would suggest listing as an internship for an undergrad junior or senior instead. Just sayin’…

P. Jones – Stylists often work on a part-time, temporary, or contracted basis. Thank you for the input!

Just not sure how this is worthwhile for a professional with a BA and at least a year of experience. Three days a week takes a big chunk out of one’s availability for other work. Good luck!

CHOLE,
I’ve attended both a 4 year university–UC Berkeley and FIDM for an A.A. Although my education from Berkeley is generally acknowledged more substantially, the education I received at FIDM was worth the cost and the experience. I’ve learned everything I needed to know, and more. Please do not devalue something you have not personally experienced. Diana von Furstenberg and Monique Lhuillier (just to name a few) has made it to the top, and go figure, they are FIDM Alums.

Hi Sophia – Has the stylist position been filled yet? While I am extremely interested in and passionate about the stylist position that I applied for, I would love to be considered for any other open positions should you not see me as a good fit for the stylist position. Nasty Gal really seems like an amazing company to be a part of. Thank you!
