Monday, May 14, 2012 Artsy Fartsy: Rebel With A Cause
We came. We saw. We creeped on James Franco.
Yes, we fought our way through the inevitable crowds for the opening of Franco’s highly anticipated project, Rebel. With the help of Harmony Korine, Terry Richardson, Ed Ruscha and other acclaimed artists and filmmakers, the exhibit reinterprets the James Dean classic, Rebel Without A Cause. It’s a weird and wonderful ode to the film and LA in the 1950s, filled with Hollywood icons, experimental films, installations, and lots and lots of blow up dolls. You can (and should) check out the exhibit now through June 23.
