Sure, we’re mega fans of sky-high platforms and towering wedges, but sometimes we get flat-out (heh) tired of wearing the same ol’ go-to heels. These days, we’re all about menswear-inspired shoes (think: oxfords and loafers), so we gathered some of our favorite street style looks to show us that, yes, you can dress up even the most basic pair of penny loafers.
Let’s be real—most of the U.S. is on sub-zero temperature lockdown right now, and even though we personally aren’t under a cold spell (love you, L.A.), we thought we’d give props to our East Coast and Midwestern ladies for braving it out there in the icy tundra. Check out some of our favorite uber-layered looks, which prove that, yes, you can look cute even when it’s freaking cold outside.
Ah, we made it. It’s the last day of 2013, and looking back, we had some seriously stellar moments here at Nasty Gal. Yes, the past twelve months have been amazing thanks to support from fellow Nasty Gals around the world, and we can’t thank you enough for believing in what we do. Here’s to keeping it weird in 2014!
