One look at Hannah Bronfman’s Instagram and you’ll realize that she knows, well, just about everyone in the NYC scene. She’s a native New Yorker with a penchant for health and wellness (remember when she made a beauty app? ‘Cause she did.) and is also a killer DJ. Check out the playlist she made for us below!
Name/Location:
Hannah Bronfman, NYC.
Tell us the inspiration behind the playlist you created!
The playlist is an eclectic mix of my favorite artists all united by their upbeat sound!
How would you describe your sound?
How did you end up becoming a DJ?
I come from an extremely musical family so I think it was inevitable! My first gig was spinning at the Jane Hotel in college when their DJ bailed last minute. I literally learned the software 20 minutes beforehand and haven’t looked back since.
What’s your go-to song to get the party started?
“Ain’t Worried Bout Nothin’” by French Montana
Any tips for aspiring DJs?
Don’t limit yourself to one kind of music. There are great sounds to be found in every genre! Remixes are a good way to mix new ones in.
