It’s Halloween, you’re heading out, but with no costume to hand. Instead of being that boring one person wearing normal clothes amidst a sea of Scooby Dos and Frankensteins, dive into your closet and reach for one of your basic tees. We’ve put together a Halloween DIY skeleton guide for those last minute panics, one that is easy to follow and doesn’t require too many tools to do it. BONUS: it can be worn beyond spooky season too. Let’s get started.

What You'll Need

What You'll Need

  • That trusty tee you’ll find within the depths of your closet
  • Scissors
  • Chalk – (you may notice that we used pen… let’s just say it wasn’t the most visible, but hey, you live and learn…)
  • Paper
  • A printer

Print your skeleton stencil and cut around.

Place the stencil on top of the back of your tee. Draw with chalk around the outlines.

Next, cut out the outlines on your tee. Keep the stencil on if it helps!

And… you’re set! Enjoy, and don’t forget to tag us (@nastygal #NastyGalsDoItBetter) if it makes the ‘gram!
